How to implement VoiceOverWeb on your website
The process to add a VoiceOverWeb presentation is simple !1. Place your order (we'll ask for your suggested script - and even help you write it ! - plus we'll need any images you'd like to include)
2. We provide you a small snippet of code for your web designer to copy and paste into your page (or we can do this for you for a small fee)
3. Your VoiceOverWeb presentation is immediately displayed to your site visitors !
For the more technically minded, a complete explanation of what we do is provided below :
1. Images
a) When you place your order, we ask you to send (or provide links to) any imagery you would like included in your presentation.
b) One of our designers resize your images to suit the presentation, carefully compressing to retain quality but minimise download times for users.
2. Voice Over copy
a) We ask you for a 30 or 60 second ad copy. Optionally, you can provide existing marketing material (such as a brochure or website) and one of our experienced copywriters will produce the suggested ad copy for your approval.
b) Your voiceover will be professionally produced in MP3 format by one of our experienced Voice Over artists.
3. Media production
a) We combine the voiceover and imagery into a professional flash player presentation complete with back/forward buttons and volume control, and a replay function
b) The presentation is published to our robust and reliable servers, meaning the 'bandwidth' required to play your presentation is provided by our hosting.
4. Publication
a) We will generate your presentation to your very own test site, accessible only with your unique username and password. You can test and preview your presentation in this online yet secure environment.
b) From the same section you can then access your code snippet which looks something like this :

c) You simply copy and paste that code where you would like your ad to appear, and upload your new page to the web (we can also assist with this if you have no time or resources for this task, at a very cheap rate)
d) Your presentation is online !
5. Lead time
The average process from order to publication can be achieved in as little as 24-72 hours ! (depending on the to and fro required as we jointly arrive at the best combination of ad text, voice over and imagery).
